Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager
- Cheshire
- 2-3 months ( start Jan 2021)
- £220 - £240 per day depending upon experience
Our client requires an experienced senior site manager/ project manager to work across a couple of school refurbishments and fit outs in Cheshire.
The Role
- Overseeing sub contractors working on site.
- Good commercial knowledge.
- Experienced in project management and overseeing a couple of sites
- Good IT skills
- Ensuring H&S is adhered to on site at all times.
- Issuing work permits
- Tool box talks
- Resolving issues on site
The Person
You will be able to work alone and as part of team
Use of your own phone and lap top may be required.
Qualifications
- CSCS Black
- BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying/Project Management/Quantity Surveying or at least 10 years Construction Project Delivery Experience.
- IOSH/NEBSOSH
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
