Facilities Management Operations Manager
We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a forward-thinking Facilities Management organisation on a PFI, contract in Staffordshire

- £45-50000 plus car/ car allowance

Duties
- Managing projects
- Managing budgets and assisting with P&L
- Producing reports for SPV
- Providing a high level of customer service to the client
- Managing team and subcontractors
- Lifecycle Asset Management
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Previous FM experience on a PFI contract
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen
- Proven experience managing lifecycle budgets and assisting P&L
- Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
- NEBOSH/IOSH Qualified
- Experience managing a team and subcontractors
- Excellent IT skills using CAFM systems
