My client is looking for a mechanical maintenance engineer to join their facilities management team to work within an estates department
The post holder will be undertaking planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and new installation work within healthcare premises on a variety of building services related to systems, including: .
- Knowledge of air handling units
- Pipework - repiping of toilet block required
- Working on LTHW systems
- Legionella awareness - servicing thermostatic mixing valves and recording temperatures.
- DHWS & CWS Systems
- Drainage/sewage - unblocking drains
- Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration
- Knowledge of BMS control systems
- Fault finding and replacement of pump and valves
Knowledge and Skills:
Completion of a recognised mechanically bias engineering apprenticeship.
