Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

Our client is looking for an experienced multi skilled maintenance technician to join their team based in the North East . You will be electrically bias and will be working on reactive maintenance on schools, hotels and care homes. This role is predominantly site based.
The Role
- You will have extensive experience of working on control panels ( HVAC) and understand contacts and switches.
- Have an understanding of how pumps and valves operate.
- You will be able to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- You will be able to design simple control circuits
- Provide technical support to a team of electricians and plumbers.
- Overseeing testing and inspection
- Experience of boiler plant room installation
- You must have a controls background for plant rooms
- Experience of maintenance on HVAC controls
Qualifications
- 18th Edition
- Desirable - Testing & Inspection 2391 4/5
- Desirable - NIC/EIC qualified Supervisor
- Desirable - Fire Alarm EV charging certificate
