Site Manager
- Location: Rochdale
- £24 per hour
- 5 week contract
- Contract start date Monday 27th July
Our client requires an experienced site manager to work across 3 sites in Rochdale . The project is fire remedial works on schools.
The Role
- Overseeing sub contractors fitting fire doors and carrying out remedial works.
- Ensuring H&S is adhered to on site at all times.
- Ensuring the site is compliant.
- Issuing work permits
- Tool box talks
- Resolving issues on site
- Reporting directly into a project manager who is covering a number of sites.
The Person
You will be immediately available
You will be an experienced site manager.
Able to work on own or as part of a team, reporting directly into the project manager.
You will be required to use your own lap top initially and mobile phone.
Qualifications
- CSCS Black
- Enhanced DBS required
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- preferecly a joinery background
- standard DBS
