You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, liaising directly with clients and ensuring all works are signed off in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul>
<li>Manage refurbishment projects across occupied and operational buildings</li><li>Coordinate and oversee subcontractors on site</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders</li><li>Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations</li><li>Undertake project inspections and quality assurance checks</li><li>Manage project documentation, reports and programme updates</li><li>Ensure all works are completed and signed off in line with client requirements</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks</li><li>Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings</li></ul>
