300 North are looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Manager to work for our residential client in the North East.
The position will require a candidate with experience working within the role, who has the ability to lead by example and manage a small team. Our clients seek a resilient, professional individual.
The role will involve selling new homes and overseeing 1 to 3 sites locally. A strong background in sales and marketing is essential.
To be considered for the role, you must also possess a good knowledge of the house buying process as well as marketing and a good knowledge of the local area.
In return, our clients offer a basic salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 with on target earnings of £50,000 - £55,000.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday.
