- Start Beginning July 2019
- 9 week contract
Our client is looking for a site manager to join their projects team to work on school refurbishments across North Yorkshire and Manchester for a 9 week period.
Projects include new ceilings, partition of rooms and crane lifting on site.
The Role
- Inductions and tool box talks
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily site activities.
- Managing sub contractors
- Issuing permits
- Ensuring works are in line with the programme.
- Ensuring H&S on site at all times.
Qualifications:-
SMSTS
CSCS Black card
1st Aid
Asbestos Awareness
IPAF is possible
