300 North are looking to recruit a Technical Co-ordinator for our established residential client in the North East.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work in an established team for a award winning house builder.
The role will include:
- Working on service set up’s for new build houses.
- SAP Calculations
- Service Bookings
- Co-ordinating all certificates ready for handover for building control and the warranty providers
- Working with a portal system
- Organising building control and collating all the relevant information
- Understanding processes
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working for a contractor or developer
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Experience as a Technical Co-ordinator or experience at Assistant Technical Co-ordinator or Architectural Technician level and ready to step up.
- The ability to manage information from an audit point of view.
