Regional Manager
North East England

Our client is looking for an experience Regional Manager to join their facilities management business and manage mobile contracts across the North East region.

The Role
- You will have full responsibility for service delivery and management involving services provided by internal and external partners
- Ensure Accounts remain on budget by reviewing budgets monthly via 1-2-1 meetings with Account / Contract Managers ensuring that corrective actions plans are put in place and closed out.
- Management of commercial variations and cost build alongside commercial manager
- P&L management across all contracts relating to their Regions
- Effective management of Subcontracted spend working alongside the Procurement team to minimise spend without adversely affecting service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers that will generate value adding long-term business streams for the business.
- Take senior operational role in business development activities within the sector
- To improve self-delivery ratios
- Ensure delivery of M&E, and other service streams in Scope for Contracted Sites
- Ensure all contracts achieve contractual compliance regarding PPMs and reactive remedial works utilising both the relevant CAFM system and Portals
Qualifications & Experience
- Bid and tender experience - Retention and growth
- Degree educated or equivalent experience
- You will have a technical background ( mechanical / electrical/combustion)
- Proficient level of IT skills
- Ability to effectively work under pressure
- Ability to diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing
- Confident and positive
- Reliable
- Able to work alone and Manage a team
