300 North are a team of Facilities Management Recruitment specialists. We were established in 2015 and between us have more than 100 years of combined FM recruitment experience. We offer a full range of recruitment services for permanent and temporary positions across the whole of the UK facilities management industry. We work with small, medium and large Facilities Management businesses countrywide to find, select and place the best candidates for your requirements.

Who is 300 North? Since everyone asks that question.

Our name comes from the 2007 film 300 which is about a small army of just 300 Spartans winning wars against much bigger armies because of their excellent teamwork ethos and strong discipline to get a good job done – just like us… and North because we are based in Leeds. We recruit for roles across the UK however much of our work is based in the North and we are justly proud of our Yorkshire roots.

We established 300 North to provide a new and fresh ethos to recruitment services, one based on honesty, integrity, knowledge, enthusiasm, and fun – not something our industry is generally renowned for. It is easy to pay lip service to these qualities but we live by them and put the needs of our clients and candidates first and maintain a passion for making sure that everyone is happy through the process. Our team success is measured on our customers’ satisfaction and not gross margin so we have a different motivation to most recruiters but we can only prove this if you give us a try.
